Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the contractual relationships between Zvedáky Profi s.r.o., Průmyslová 1234, 100 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, ID no.: 12345678 (the "seller") and buyers in the sale and supply of lifting equipment, tools, and accessories.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms having read these GTC and agrees to them. The GTC form an integral part of every purchase contract concluded with the seller.

A purchase contract is established by:

• Written confirmation of the order by the seller (by email or phone), or
• Signing a written purchase agreement, or
• Payment of a deposit as described in Section 3 of these GTC

A binding order must contain the specification of goods (type and model of the lift), required delivery date, and the buyer's contact and billing details. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order without stating a reason.

The purchase price is agreed according to the current price list or individual quote. The following payment terms apply:

• A deposit of 50% of the purchase price is due within 7 days of order confirmation — the seller begins preparing the goods only after receiving the deposit
• The remaining 50% is due prior to handover or dispatch of the goods
• Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT; the seller reserves the right to become VAT-registered during execution
• In case of late payment, the seller is entitled to charge interest of 0.05% of the outstanding amount per day and/or to suspend delivery

The delivery timeline is set in the order or contract, subject to stock availability and receipt of the deposit.

• Goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer in the order
• Shipping costs are stated in the quote; if not agreed otherwise, they are borne by the buyer
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or personal collection
• Assembly and installation of the lift may be arranged separately at additional cost; terms and scope are specified in the order

Delays caused by circumstances beyond the seller's control (supplier failure, force majeure) automatically extend the delivery date; the seller will notify the buyer without delay.

The seller provides a 24-month warranty on lifting equipment from the date of handover to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in the purchase contract.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, overloading, or inadequate maintenance
• The warranty is void upon unauthorized modification of the equipment or repair by an unqualified person
• Warranty repairs are carried out at the seller's service center or an authorized partner

Defects must be reported in writing to info@zvedaky-profi.cz or by phone at +420 723 123 732. The complaint must include a description of the defect, proof of purchase, and photographic documentation.

The seller undertakes to acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and resolve it within the statutory period of 30 days. In a justified case, the seller will arrange repair, a replacement part, or exchange of goods. The buyer is entitled to a reasonable discount or contract withdrawal if the defect cannot be remedied.

The seller is not liable for:

• Damage caused by improper use, overloading, or violation of safety regulations
• Indirect or consequential damages (downtime, lost profit) in connection with the supplied goods
• Damage caused by improper installation performed by the buyer or a third party without the seller's consent
• Loss or damage to goods during shipping arranged by the buyer

The seller's total liability to the buyer is in all cases limited to the amount of the purchase price paid for the specific goods.

Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding the other party's confidential business information obtained during the collaboration. This obligation persists for 3 years after termination of the contractual relationship.

Sharing information as required by law or court order does not constitute a breach of confidentiality.

These GTC are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes arising from concluded contracts will be resolved preferably amicably; if amicable resolution fails, the competent court is at the seller's registered seat.

The seller reserves the right to amend these GTC unilaterally. The current version is always available at zvedaky-profi.cz/obchodni-podminky. Amendments do not apply to contracts concluded prior to their entry into force.

If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
