Recipients of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share it only with:
- Cloud and IT service providers operating the website and communications (Vercel, Google Workspace)
- Accounting advisors, to the extent necessary to fulfill legal obligations

All such parties are contractually bound to protect your personal data and process it solely according to our instructions.
Retention Period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing:
- Inquiries and commercial communication: for the duration of the contractual relationship and 3 years after its termination
- Tax and accounting documents: 10 years from their issuance (statutory period)
- Website analytics data: up to 26 months
- Commercial communications: until objection or withdrawal of consent

Security of Personal Data

While we take all reasonable security measures, data transmission over the internet cannot be considered absolutely secure.

These Personal Data Processing Rules take effect on 1 May 2026. We reserve the right to update them from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
These Rules are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
